All bookings must be confirmed with a valid contact and payment method.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Changes to bookings should be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Passengers are responsible for arriving at the designated pick-up location on time.
Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
Orlando Royal Rides will not be liable for delays resulting from weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for service delivery and privacy compliance.
