Yes, the Rates are for One Way. Rates are per vehicle and not per person.

No, your fare is your total cost. Gratuity is not included and is a reflection of your service satisfaction; it is customary to tip 20% or more. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

We accept all major credit cards. Payment is typically required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

We understand your travel plans may change, and other circumstances may arise. With that in mind, Orlando Royal Rides has a very simple cancellation policy. Just give us 24 hours' notice prior to your pickup time, and we will not charge your credit card. Refunds normally show up on your account within 2 business days, depending on the credit card and issuing bank. Orlando Royal Rides will not refund payment if canceled with less than 24 hours' notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show. We will charge for a one-way transfer.

When you land, you will receive a text from your driver, so please make sure your phone is on and not in airplane mode. Your driver will meet you at your flight’s baggage claim carousel complimentary. Proceed to the baggage claim, and your driver will advise you where they will meet you. Do not go outside the airport; you will be met inside. Please respond to the text from your driver so they are aware you are in communication with them. You must communicate with your driver; they will not proceed into the terminal until they hear from you.

If you are an international guest, your driver will communicate with you through WhatsApp, so please make sure you have that downloaded on your phone prior to travel.

Due to limited parking spaces for oversized vehicles, your chauffeur will not be able to meet and greet you in the baggage claim area. You MUST call or text your driver after everyone in your group has retrieved their luggage. Your professional chauffeur will be waiting at the airport holding area, awaiting your call or text. Once you contact your chauffeur, he or she will provide you with a specific space number to go to. You will be instructed to take the escalator down to level 1 (ground transportation) and wait for your chauffeur to arrive. Your chauffeur will arrive within 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic.

Yes, we are pleased to offer a Meet & Greet service as part of our standard offering at no additional cost. Your driver will meet you at your flight’s baggage claim carousel, assist with luggage, and ensure that your transition from the airport to your destination is smooth and hassle-free.

We plan for your driver to arrive at the airport at your flight’s original landing time. If we see your flight will land early, we will make every effort to adjust our schedule and have a driver there for you. If we are unable to have a driver rescheduled to arrive earlier than expected, you may have a short wait time for a driver to get to you, OR your original reservation pickup time will still be honored.

We monitor your flights to best serve you. If you know in advance that your flight is delayed, please send us a message at info@orlandoroyalrides.com (mailto:info@orlandoroyalrides.com). We will adjust and make arrangements to pick you up. If your new flight delay pushes your flight to land after 10 PM, our late-night hours fee of $25 will automatically be added to your reservation and charged to the card on file.

If you are traveling with a large party and have made one reservation to avoid making separate reservations, please make sure to input the information for the later flight and meet that party at their arrival baggage claim in order to conveniently meet the party as a whole.

You should meet your driver in baggage claim no more than 45 minutes after your flight lands. If you feel that you will need longer than that, please let us know in advance so we can schedule your driver to arrive later. We believe, through experience, that 45 minutes gives you ample time to deplane, make a restroom stop, take the terminal tram to the main terminal at MCO, and take the short walk from the tram to the escalator down to baggage claim. If you are delayed in meeting your driver within that 45-minute window, there will be an additional fee of $15 for every 30 minutes added to your reservation.

Due to heightened security, chauffeurs are no longer allowed to park in front of the cruise terminal and wait for their passengers. You MUST have your mobile phone turned on once the ship docks at Port Canaveral. Your assigned chauffeur will call or text you an hour prior to your scheduled pickup. Please only summon your chauffeur to the terminal once your party is outside. The security personnel at Port Canaveral will not allow the drivers to lounge around in the loading zones. Once you contact your chauffeur, please provide your exact location, and your chauffeur will arrive within minutes.

Absolutely! Once your chauffeur is assigned, our system will send you a text message with their name and phone number.

Yes, A surcharge of $25 will be automatically applied to all reservations with pickup times scheduled after 10:00 PM and before 7:00 AM.

Yes, we charge a $30.00 fee for all international arrivals

We allow a 5-minute grace period for all pickups except at airports. If your entire party is not there to meet your driver, we reserve the right to charge $15 for each 15-minute increment after your scheduled pickup time, up to 30 minutes. If your entire party is not ready for pickup 30 minutes after your scheduled time, your driver will be sent to their next ride and your fare will be forfeited. Airport wait time charges will apply 45 minutes after the flight has landed.

Orlando Royal Rides can only accept ride requests within 60 days of the scheduled ride.

Yes! We take child safety very seriously. We offer car seats that can be either rear-facing or forward-facing. Our boosters are backless seats. Our guests are responsible for verifying the proper installation of our child seats. Our drivers are trained in child seat safety, but Orlando Royal Rides gives the responsibility to the guest to ensure the seat is installed correctly and that their child is properly buckled up. Florida State Law states that any child 5 years old and younger must be in the appropriate child safety seat. The driver will not proceed with your ride and has the right to refuse service if all children 5 and under are not in the child safety seat and remain there during the duration of your ride.

Our chauffeurs undergo rigorous training to ensure that they are fully prepared to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable ride for every client. This training includes safety regulations, vehicle handling, and knowledge of popular locations throughout our service area, including airports, ports, and frequently visited attractions. We are committed to providing a professional and courteous experience from start to finish.

We provide our services around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Regardless of whether your transportation needs arise early in the morning, late at night, or any time in between, you can count on us to be available and ready to assist.

Approximately 24 hours before your scheduled service, you will receive an automatic email containing the name and phone number of your chauffeur. This will allow you to easily reach out with any questions or last-minute details.

The company will charge the client additional fees to cover any expenses that are required to be expended on the vehicle during or after the transportation service due to the actions of the client or any passenger (i.e., spilling food, drinks, vomiting, smoking is prohibited, excessive trash). The company will, at its discretion, charge the client additional fees to cover such expenses. The client will be charged in full for any damage to the vehicle caused by his or her actions or those of any passengers. Cleanup fees start at $250.
+Are pets allowed inside the vehicles?
Yes, we welcome pets, provided they are kept in a cage or carrier during the trip. This policy helps to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our vehicles for all passengers.
